Pop Up Delivery Rules

As we are often away, we have decided to revolution the way we deliver our products. We will now have set dates were we will post our orders. The date will be shown throughout the website. We will also send emails prior to the date to remind our customers to place their order, so please do enter our mailing list. All shipping will be free. Minimum order £10.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, currently the available countries are:

  • EU, Switzerland and Norway (£12 flat fee)
  • USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand (£12 flat fee)

All these shipping methods are not trackable, if you would prefer for the parcel to be tracked please email us beforehand.

What seam allowance is included in your patterns?

The seam allowance included is 5mm

What wadding/ fusible fleece do you use?

The brand is Pellon and the reference 987F

Do you do bulk discount for groups?

Yes, there are already some bulk discount on some items on the shop but if you wish to contact us regarding one of the other products please email us.

GDPR – our policy

Mailing List – when GDPR came into place we sent an email to confirm people wanted to continue receive an email. The company that we used is Mailchimp. We used this company as it is very easy for you to unsubscribe on each emails. Once unsubcribed we won’t send you anymore communications. We only use email addresses to promote our business.

Offline Orders – we use services called Woocommerce and Paypal to process online orders. All orders are then shared with the ‘click and drop’ service from Royal Mail. We then keep hard copies of the proof of postage.

Offline orders – we use the service of Square payment system. This service doesn’t allow us to print a receipt but we can email you one.
